Challenge

An international product with numerous external parking and traffic providers — each with different contracts, payloads, and failure modes — needed to scale without blocking feature delivery.

Approach

Built adapter layers for provider integrations, internationalized the product surface, and used AI-assisted development for scaffolding and tests with strict human review. CI and PHPUnit gates before every merge.

Solution

Laravel APIs with clear integration boundaries, locale-aware UI flows, and Docker-backed deploys. AI accelerated boilerplate; I owned query performance, auth, and data integrity.
